Resetting a forgotten password


It’s very important to keep your password secure and to remember it, but there might come a time when you forget it. Follow these steps if you need to reset a forgotten password. We’ll have you back into your account in no time!

Step 1: Enter your username or email into the text box and click Get New Password.

Step 2: We’ll send an email to your Primary Email Address and an SMS to your Recovery SMS Number, if you specified one, to help you recover your account.

Step 3: Click the link in your email, and you’ll be able to enter a new password.

Step 4: Enter your new password, and you’ll be ready to go!
